Sebastian Good has been working in radio, audio production, promotion, video, social media, and media consulting since 2004. He is a trained radio journalist with specializations in on-air design, on-air promotion, audio production, sweepstakes, promotional campaigns, coaching, and media storytelling.

He learned his craft at Radio NRW, Germany's largest local radio framework provider, working in an environment connected to more than 40 local radio stations across North Rhine-Westphalia. This taught him not only how to create strong media campaigns, but also how to bring different people, teams, and interests together behind one shared idea.

His work has always lived between creativity, strategy, production, and people. Whether developing radio promotions, leading sweepstakes, producing trailers, coaching hosts, creating video content, or helping brands communicate on social media — Sebastian's focus has always been the same: authenticity, personality, emotional relevance, and community.
