Tax Identification Number: Y3989834S

Good Media is operated as a self-employed sole proprietorship based in Spain.

By accessing this website, contacting Good Media, booking a service, or using any service provided through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2.Services

Good Media provides media, promotion, personality coaching, community strategy, consulting, content, storytelling, production, and related creative services.

The exact scope of each service depends on the individual agreement, offer, written confirmation, or project arrangement between Good Media and the client.

Good Media may refuse, cancel, or discontinue a service request if there are legal, payment, availability, communication, technical, or business concerns.

3.Offers, Prices, and Payment

Prices and service fees may be agreed individually depending on the project scope, workload, timeline, and required deliverables.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices are stated in EUR.

Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or agreed in writing.

Good Media may request advance payment, partial payment, milestone payment, or full payment before starting or continuing a project.

Good Media may pause or stop work if payments are late, incomplete, reversed, or disputed.

4.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information needed to perform the agreed services.

This may include text, images, logos, brand materials, access links, project details, feedback, approvals, or other required materials.

Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, unclear instructions, or unavailable client materials may affect timelines and delivery dates.

Clients confirm that they have the right to use any materials they provide to Good Media.

5.Project Delivery and Revisions

Project timelines are estimates unless a fixed deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

Good Media will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and within the agreed timeframe.

Revisions are included only where agreed in the offer, invoice, or written project confirmation.

Additional revisions, major changes of direction, new requests, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

6.Cancellations

If a client wants to cancel a project, they must contact Good Media as soon as possible at:

info@goodmedia.pro

If work has already started, Good Media may charge for the work already performed, time reserved, preparation, research, planning, or costs already incurred.

Custom creative services, consulting, coaching, media work, and digital project work may not be refundable once the service has started or has been delivered, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

7.Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Where applicable, EU consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from an online or distance contract within 14 days.

For services, the withdrawal period usually begins when the service contract is agreed. EU consumer guidance confirms that online and distance contracts generally have a 14-day cooling-off period, subject to exceptions.

If you request that Good Media starts providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed. If the service has only been partially performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the work already completed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact:

info@goodmedia.pro

This section does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply by law.

8.Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, drafts, strategies, texts, designs, creative ideas, structures, files, templates, and work materials created by Good Media remain the intellectual property of Good Media until full payment has been received.

After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final delivered work.

Drafts, unused concepts, internal notes, working files, raw project files, and rejected versions are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Clients may not copy, resell, publish, modify, or use unpaid work or rejected concepts without written permission from Good Media.

9.Client Materials

Clients remain responsible for the legality and rights of all materials they provide to Good Media.

This includes logos, images, videos, music, fonts, text, brand assets, trademarks, personal data, and third-party content.

Good Media is not responsible for claims caused by client-provided materials, incorrect information, missing permissions, or unlawful client instructions.

10.Use of Portfolio and References

Good Media may mention completed work, project examples, public campaigns, or client results in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional material, unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.

Confidential, unpublished, private, or sensitive project information will not be intentionally published without permission.

11.Confidentiality

Good Media will treat confidential client information with reasonable care.

Clients should clearly mark or explain which information is confidential.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently known, legally required to be disclosed, or developed without using confidential information.

Good Media may restrict access to the website if misuse, abuse, spam, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

However, Good Media does not guarantee specific business results, audience growth, sales, platform performance, algorithm results, media reach, revenue, virality, or third-party approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

15.Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Good Media may work with or refer to third-party platforms, including social media platforms, websites, hosting providers, email tools, payment providers, analytics tools, booking tools, or creative software.

17.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's country of residence.

Good Media aims to resolve any concern fairly, directly, and professionally before formal dispute procedures become necessary.

18.Changes to These Terms
